What is this?

Integrations is a catalog of apps you can connect to your workspace. When something happens in a connected app — a new order, a payment, a form submission — it can start a WhatsApp automation for you, such as sending an order-status template or a payment confirmation. You connect an app once, and the platform sets up the webhook and a ready-made automation for you. You can open that automation in the builder and change it any time. You need an active channel connected to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, or Web Chat, and the automations permission, to use this page.

What can I do here?

  • Browse every available and upcoming integration, each with a status badge such as Ready to Setup, Coming Soon, or a count of connected stores
  • Filter the list with the Total Integrations, Available, and Coming Soon tiles, or search by name
  • Connect a store or payment app and choose which WhatsApp template is sent for each event
  • Send customers COD confirmation messages and abandoned cart reminders
  • View and debug every request your webhooks receive
  • Ask for an integration that isn’t listed with Request Integration

The integrations

Each integration has its own page in this section: Two features work across stores and have their own pages:

How to use it

  1. Go to Integrations in the sidebar.
  2. Use the tiles at the top to filter the table. Close-up of the stat tiles used to filter the integration table
  3. Click an integration to open its page. Apps you can connect show Ready to Setup; ones already connected show how many are connected.
  4. Follow that integration’s page to connect it and pick your templates.
  5. After setup, use Open automation to review or customize the flow that was created for you.

Request an integration

For anything marked Coming Soon (Stripe, Cashfree, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Typeform, Calendly), or an app that isn’t listed, click it or click Request Integration. Enter the integration name, an optional website, and what you need it to do. This sends a request to the team. The Request Integration dialog with name, website URL, and description fields

Troubleshooting / Technical Notes

  • The page says “No Connected Channel Found.” Connect a WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, or Web Chat channel first in Channels.
  • “You don’t have permission to manage integrations.” Ask an admin for the automations permission. See Team.
  • Connecting an app says it isn’t set up for this platform. The platform administrator needs to add that app’s credentials first — see Integration Settings.
  • An integration shows “Coming Soon.” It isn’t available yet. Use Request Integration to ask for it.
