What is this?
Affiliate & Commission is where you track your referral earnings. When someone signs up through your link and makes a payment, you earn a percentage as wallet credit. All earnings land in your wallet automatically — there is no withdrawal step. The page shows four stat tiles at the top: Referrals (total people who signed up through your link), Paying customers (referrals who have made at least one payment), Pending (commissions earned but not yet credited), and Credited to wallet (total already credited). What can I do here?
Overview tab
- Your referral link — a unique link to share. Anyone who signs up through it is attributed to you.
- Your code — a short referral code you can share alongside the link.
- How it works — a numbered breakdown of the commission structure: first-payment percentage, recurring percentage, hold period, and (if applicable) a signup bonus your referral receives.
Referrals tab
Shows each referred user with their name, the date they joined, and their status:- Signed up — signed up but has not paid yet.
- Paying — has made at least one payment.
Commissions tab
Shows each commission earned with: Date, Type (First payment or Renewal), Payment (the amount the referral paid), Rate (your commission percentage), Commission (the amount credited or pending), and Status:- Pending — inside the hold period; will be credited once the refund window passes. The exact credit date is shown.
- Credited — added to your wallet.
- Cancelled — the originating payment was refunded or reversed.
How to use it
- Go to Affiliate & Commission in the sidebar.
- On the Overview tab, copy your referral link.
- Share it with friends, in communities, or on your website.
- When someone signs up and pays, the commission appears in the Commissions tab as Pending.
- After the hold period passes, the commission status changes to Credited and the amount appears in your wallet.
All earnings are credited to your wallet — no withdrawal needed. You can spend wallet credit on any in-platform purchase.
Troubleshooting / Technical Notes
- “The affiliate program is currently turned off.” The platform administrator has disabled the program. Contact your platform admin or check back later.
- A referral is not appearing. The person must sign up using your exact referral link or code. Sign-ups that don’t go through the link are not tracked.
- A commission is stuck on Pending. The hold period has not passed yet. The expected credit date is shown next to the commission row.
- A commission was Cancelled. The original payment was refunded; refunded payments do not earn a commission.
