What is this?

This is the Booking Studio view of Channels — open it from the Booking Studio card, or go to /channels?channel=appointments. Booking Studio lets you publish a public booking page where customers can browse your services and book appointments. Bookings appear in the inbox and in the Booking Studio section of the sidebar.
Booking Studio must be included in your plan. If it isn’t, the card shows Upgrade and Add service is disabled.

What can I do here?

  • Add bookable services with Add service
  • See your services and manage them
  • Turn the Public pages switch on or off to control whether your booking page is live
  • Manage appointments — from the Booking Studio section in the sidebar

How to use it

Add a service

  1. Open Channels → Booking Studio and click Add service.
  2. Fill in the service details: name, description, duration, price, and availability (which team members offer it, and on which days and times).
  3. Save the service. It appears on your public booking page.
Your plan’s service limit controls how many services you can have. The counter beside Add service shows how many you’ve used. If the limit is reached, Add service is disabled — upgrade to add more.

Your public booking page

Once a service is live, customers visit your booking page, pick a service, choose a date and time, and confirm their details. The booking arrives in the inbox as a new conversation and is listed in Booking Studio. To brand your booking page (logo, colour, description, URL slug), click the settings icon in the Booking Studio section of the sidebar. See Your Booking Page.
The Business Hours you set on the channel (Channels → Business Hours) also applies to your booking page — customers can only book during those hours.

The Public pages switch

The Public pages switch controls whether visitors can reach your booking page. Turn it off to pause bookings temporarily, then back on when you’re ready again.
Booking Studio does not have a Disconnect button. Every service and appointment belongs to Booking Studio, so there is no connection to remove. To pause bookings temporarily, use the Public pages switch. To permanently remove Booking Studio and everything in it, use Delete Channel — this cannot be undone.

Let an AI Agent book appointments

You can let your AI Agent handle bookings automatically — answering availability questions, booking, rescheduling and cancelling appointments in the chat. See AI Agents and Booking Studio.

Troubleshooting / Technical Notes

  • Add service is disabled. Your plan doesn’t include Booking Studio, or you reached your plan’s service limit.
  • My booking page says it’s unavailable. The Public pages switch is off — turn it on.
  • Customers can’t find available times. Check each service’s availability settings and the channel’s Business Hours.
  • A booking didn’t appear in the inbox. Check that the service is active and the booking page is live (Public pages on).
