What is this?
Your booking page is the public website customers use to book. It lists your services, your team, your opening hours, and how to contact you. This page covers the business-wide details that appear on it. Each service also has its own page and look — see Service Settings. You set these up in Channels → Booking Studio, and your business hours with the Business hours button on the Booking Studio page. - Choose your booking page address
- Add your logo and up to 10 photos
- Enter your company name, email, phone, website, description, and address
- Set your business hours
- Copy and share your public links
How to use it
Brand your page
- Open Channels from the profile menu and select Booking Studio. If you have no services yet, click Add service first — branding appears once you do, or use the branding button on the setup card.
-
In Booking branding, fill in:
- Click Save branding.
Set your business hours
On the Booking Studio page, click Business hours and set the opening hours of this channel. They’re shown on your booking page, with an Open or Closed indicator and the next opening time. They’re shared with your other channels — see Channels.Business hours are what customers see. The times they can actually book come from each person’s own working hours. See Team, Locations & Calendar.
Share your links
You have two kinds of link:
Open a service and use its Public link tab to copy either link. You can also copy a service’s link from its actions menu on the services list. A link only works once the service and your booking page are published.
What the page shows
- A photo banner at the top, then your logo, name, and an Open/Closed status
- Book now and Contact us buttons
- Your services, grouped, with a search box — and a badge on any that need approval
- Your team, with their photo, title, and a short bio
- Contact us — a message button for each messaging channel you’ve connected (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, or website chat), plus call, email, and website links
- Opening times and locations, each with a map link
Troubleshooting / Technical Notes
- I can’t find the branding card. Open Channels → Booking Studio. It appears once you have a service, or from the setup card.
- “Page not found” on my link. The service and your booking page must both be published, and the address must match your channel slug.
- I changed the address and old links broke. The channel slug is part of every link. Re-share the new links after changing it.
- A photo won’t upload. Try a smaller image. You’ll see “The image could not be uploaded.”
- “Contact us” buttons are missing. Connect a messaging channel first — see Channels.
