What is this?

Booking Studio lets customers book your services online. You list what you offer — a haircut, a yoga class, a consultation — set who does it, when they work, and how long it takes. Booking Studio gives you a public booking page to share, shows customers only the times that are really free, and keeps everything in one place for your team. It suits anything with a time slot: salons, clinics, gyms and classes, tutors, consultants, driving schools, cleaners, and more. Booking Studio is marked Beta. It’s available when your plan includes it and your platform has it switched on. If it isn’t, the page shows Upgrade Required.

What can I do here?

How it works

  1. Set up your business. Add your name, logo, and business hours under Channels → Booking Studio.
  2. Create a service and say who takes it and when they work.
  3. Publish it. Customers can now book from your page.
  4. Share the link — on your website, in WhatsApp, or on social media.
  5. Customers pick a time. They only see times that are free: inside working hours, not already taken, and not blocked on a linked Google Calendar.
  6. You manage the bookings. Approve them if you need to, move or cancel them, and mark visits complete.
Each booking creates or updates a contact in your workspace, so you can message customers, label them, and see their history like any other contact.

Key ideas

Permissions and plan

Owners and admins have all three. Give them to team members in Team. Your plan sets how many services you can have — the Add service button shows your count, for example (2/5).

Troubleshooting / Technical Notes

  • “Upgrade Required.” Your plan doesn’t include Booking Studio, or you’ve used all your services. Open View Plans.
  • “You do not have permission to view Booking Studio.” Ask an admin for the services permission. See Team.
  • The sidebar item is missing. Booking Studio may not be switched on for your platform or plan, or you lack the permission.
  • Customers can’t see any times. Check the service is Published, someone is assigned to it, and they have working hours. See Service Settings.
  • My booking link says “Page not found.” Both the service and your booking page must be published. See Your Booking Page.
