What is this?

The TikTok channel connects your TikTok Business Account to your workspace. Once connected you can publish videos and photo posts, reply to direct messages in the shared inbox, read and moderate comments, see @mentions, and follow analytics — with the same team, labels, automations and AI agents you use on other channels.
Only TikTok Business Accounts can connect — personal accounts aren’t supported. TikTok needs to be included in your plan and set up by your platform administrator first (TikTok OAuth); if it isn’t, the Channels page shows TikTok integration not available.

What can I do here?

How to use it

Connect a TikTok account

1

Open Channels

Go to Channels, find the TikTok card and click Connect TikTok (or Add new TikTok account for another one).
2

Log in on TikTok

A TikTok login window opens. Sign in with the Business Account and approve the permissions. If nothing opens, your browser blocked the pop-up — allow pop-ups and try again.
3

Check the card

The card shows the Username, Connected on, the Last token refresh, the Last message received, and the Permissions TikTok granted.
A TikTok account can be connected to one channel only.

Connection status

The platform renews the access automatically, so you normally never reconnect. If publishing or another feature says a permission is missing, ask your administrator to add it to the TikTok app, then Reconnect.

Direct messages

Customers’ TikTok DMs arrive in the Inbox under the TikTok channel. Text, images, videos, shared posts, stickers and reactions are supported.
  • The customer must message you first — you can’t start a conversation.
  • Replies are limited to TikTok’s messaging window after the customer’s last message; if it has closed, TikTok’s reason is shown.
  • Messages you send from the TikTok app or Business Center also appear in the conversation.
  • Not available for Business Accounts registered in the EEA, Switzerland or the UK; messages from users there arrive without content and are ignored.
  • Set your TikTok account to accept DMs from everyone, otherwise message requests must be accepted manually in the TikTok app first.

Comment-to-Message

TikTok flags high-intent comments on your posts; you can answer each with one private message within 48 hours. Turn the Comment-to-Message switch on the TikTok card on or off. It’s offered only to Business Accounts registered in Vietnam, Indonesia or Thailand; elsewhere the card says it isn’t available for this account. See TikTok automations.

Disconnect TikTok

Click Disconnect on the card and confirm. Publishing and messages stop and scheduled posts fail. Your chats and contacts stay. To remove the whole channel, use Delete Channel instead.

Troubleshooting / Technical Notes

  • “TikTok integration not available.” TikTok isn’t included in your plan or licence. Upgrade, or ask your administrator.
  • “TikTok for Business is not enabled.” Your administrator hasn’t set up the TikTok app yet in TikTok OAuth.
  • Connecting fails or the window is blocked. Allow pop-ups and try again. If the account is already connected elsewhere, it can only belong to one channel.
  • I can’t reply to a message. The customer must message first, and replies are only allowed within TikTok’s messaging window.
  • The card says Expired. Click Reconnect and approve again.
