What is this?

WhatsApp problems fall into three groups: customers’ messages don’t reach you, your messages don’t reach customers, and the number or account itself has a problem. Start with the right group.

How to use it

Problem	Most likely cause	Page
Customers message you but nothing arrives	The number isn’t subscribed to the platform’s app, or — if you use your own Meta app — the App Secret isn’t saved	Messages not received
A message fails with invalid country code	The phone number has no country code	Invalid country code
A message shows Failed	The 24-hour window closed, the recipient can’t be messaged, a limit was hit, or billing needs attention	Message failed to send
A template is refused, not found or paused	Not approved, wrong language, wrong variables, or low quality	Template problems
Health shows a problem, or sending stopped	Payment method, business verification, expired token or restriction	Number and account problems
