# TikTok Mentions

> See the comments and posts that @mention your TikTok account, and reply publicly.

## What is this?

**TikTok Mentions** lists the comments and post captions where someone @mentions your TikTok account, so you can see and answer them.

## What can I do here?

* Pick a period (**Last 7**, **30** or **90 days**)
* Read mentions **In comments** and **In posts**
* Reply publicly to a mention in a comment

## How to use it

1. Open the **TikTok** group and click **Mentions**.
2. Choose the period, then switch between **In comments** and **In posts**.
3. On a comment mention, click **Reply to a comment** and write your public reply.

> [!NOTE]
>
> TikTok reports mentions up to two or three hours after they happen. Replies are public.

## Troubleshooting / Technical Notes

* **"No comments mention your account in this period."** Nothing was found yet — TikTok can take a few hours to report mentions.
* **I can't reply to a post mention.** Replies are for comment mentions; post-caption mentions are shown for information.
