# TikTok Comments

> Read, reply to, hide and delete comments on your TikTok posts.

## What is this?

**TikTok Comments** lets you moderate the comments on your TikTok posts from the platform — read them, reply publicly, hide ones you don't want shown, or delete them.

## What can I do here?

* Pick a post from **Your posts** and read its comments and replies
* **Reply** publicly to a comment
* **Hide** or unhide a comment, or **Delete** it
* Spot pinned and hidden comments

## How to use it

1. Open the **TikTok** group and click **Comments**.
2. Select a post under **Your posts**.
3. For a comment, click **Reply**, type your public reply and click **Post reply**.
4. Click **Hide** to hide a comment (it shows a **Hidden** badge; click **Unhide** to show it again) or **Delete** to remove it. Deleting removes the comment from TikTok and **can't be undone**.

New comments appear here within about five minutes once comment notifications are set up by your administrator.

## Troubleshooting / Technical Notes

* **"TikTok did not accept the action."** TikTok refused it — for example the permission is missing or the comment no longer exists. Reconnect the account or try again.
* **No comments appear.** Check you selected a post, and that the post has comments. New comments can take a few minutes.
