# TikTok Analytics

> Follow followers, views and engagement for your TikTok Business Account and its posts.

## What is this?

**TikTok Analytics** shows how your TikTok Business Account and its posts are doing: followers, views, likes, comments, shares and more.

## What can I do here?

* See lifetime totals: **Followers**, **Following**, **Public videos** and **Total likes**
* Pick a period (**Last 7 days**, **Last 28 days** or **Last 60 days**) and see a daily chart or table for **Video views**, **Profile views**, **Likes**, **Comments**, **Shares**, **New followers** and **Followers**
* Review your posts with their metrics, including **Avg. watch time**, and **Open on TikTok**

## How to use it

1. Connect a TikTok account — see [TikTok](https://docs.xpressbot.org/workspace/tiktok/overview.md).
2. Open the **TikTok** group and click **Analytics**.
3. Choose the period and the metric. Use **Show table** / **Show chart** to switch views.
4. Scroll to **Posts** for per-post numbers. Click **Load more** for older posts.

## Troubleshooting / Technical Notes

* **"TikTok has no daily data for this period yet."** TikTok updates these numbers 24–48 hours after the fact and keeps at most 60 days of daily data.
* **A section asks for a permission.** The account hasn't granted a permission the section needs. Ask your administrator to add it to the TikTok app, then **Reconnect**.
* **"No public posts found on this account."** Only public posts are listed.
