# Integrations

> Connect commerce and payment apps so events like new orders can trigger WhatsApp automations.

## What is this?

Integrations is a catalog of commerce and payment apps you can connect to the platform so that events from those apps (like a new order) can automatically trigger WhatsApp automations — for example, sending an order-status template when a WooCommerce or Shopify order changes status.

## What can I do here?

* See a table of all available and upcoming integrations, each with a status badge: **Configured**, **Ready to Setup**, or **Coming Soon**.
* Filter the list by **Total Integrations**, **Available**, or **Coming Soon** using the stat tiles.
* Search integrations by name.
* Set up **WooCommerce**: enter your store URL, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret, then map each order status (Pending Payment, Processing, On Hold, Completed, Cancelled, Refunded, Failed) to a WhatsApp template. Saving auto-creates a webhook in your WooCommerce store and an automation (Webhook trigger → Condition Branch by status → Send Template).
* Set up **Shopify**: enter your shop domain and Admin API access token, then map each financial status (Pending, Authorized, Partially Paid, Paid, Partially Refunded, Refunded, Voided) to a WhatsApp template. Saving auto-creates Shopify webhooks (`orders/create`, `orders/updated`) and a matching automation.
* Open **HTTP** to go directly to API Access (under Account) for making outbound API requests.
* Open **Webhook** to jump into Automation with a "receive webhook" trigger pre-selected, for building your own inbound webhook automation.
* Click **Google Contacts**, **Google Calendar**, or **Google Sheets** to be taken to Channels > Google to connect those. See [Google Contacts](/workspace/google/contacts), [Google Calendar](/workspace/google/calendars), and [Google Sheets](/workspace/google/sheets) for how each one works.
* Click any **Coming Soon** integration (Razorpay, Stripe, Cashfree, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Typeform, Calendly) to open a **Request Integration** form, which files a support ticket asking for that integration.
* Click **Request Integration** at any time to manually request an integration not yet listed.

## How to use it

1. Go to **Integrations** in the sidebar (`/integration`). You'll need an active channel connected to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, or Web Chat to use this page.
2. Review the stat tiles at the top — **Total Integrations**, **Available**, **Coming Soon** — and use them to filter the table below.

3. To connect WooCommerce, click its row (badge reads "Ready to Setup"). In the setup dialog, enter your store URL, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret, then choose a WhatsApp template for each order status you want to notify customers about. Click **Setup & Activate**.

4. To connect Shopify, click its row and repeat the same flow: shop domain, Admin API access token, and a template mapped to each financial status. Click **Setup & Activate**.

5. After a successful setup, a confirmation banner appears with an **Open Automation** button that takes you straight to the generated automation flow in the Automation Builder, where you can review or customize the trigger and template steps further.

6. For any integration marked **Coming Soon**, or for an app not listed at all, click it (or click **Request Integration**) to open the request form. Fill in the integration name, an optional website URL, and what you need it to do, then submit — this creates a support ticket for the team to follow up on.
