# WhatsApp

> Fix WhatsApp problems: not receiving, failing to send, and account issues.

## What is this?

WhatsApp problems fall into three groups: **customers' messages don't reach you**, **your messages don't reach customers**, and **the number or account itself has a problem**. Start with the right group.

## What can I do here?

* Work out which group your problem is in
* Open the page with the fix

## How to use it

| Problem | Most likely cause | Page |
